Use this log to audit incoming employee paperwork for small teams. The goal is a 'one-and-done' review—catching every missing signature or blurry ID scan in a single pass to avoid back-and-forth emails.

Post-Audit Workflow #

    If Approved: Move documents to the secure Personnel Folder (Digital or Physical). Update the HRIS or Payroll system immediately with new data.
  • 2.
    If Incomplete: Copy your notes from the 'Missing Items' field into a templated email to the employee. Do not file the documents until the corrected versions are received.
  • 3.
    Audit Trail: This form entry serves as your record of due diligence if a compliance audit occurs.
