Colour mixing lab

Use suitable paint, water, a brush, and paper. Follow material safety labels; do not taste paint.

📝 Make a repeatable chart

Keep the brushful size consistent. Label each mixture with its ratio.

Draw a 3 × 3 grid; label rows and columns with your three actual paint names.
Put the unmixed paint on the diagonal; elsewhere mix equal brush-loads of the row and column paints. Rinse and blot between mixes.
For one pair, make three swatches: mostly A, equal A/B, mostly B. Label approximate ratios.
Add white to each swatch; compare the tints.

📊 Compare after drying

Compare dry samples under the same light. Record the mixture worth repeating.
