šŸŽÆ What does done look like?

Define one deliverable and a checkable result. Example: the client can edit and publish a service page without code.

ā±ļø Kickoff agenda

  • First five minutes: Confirm the outcome and the person who approves it.
  • Next ten minutes: Walk through deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, and examples of acceptable work.
  • Next ten minutes: Agree review dates, where feedback goes, and who supplies each missing input.
  • Final five minutes: Read back decisions, owners, and the next check-in date.

šŸ“ Scope

For each deliverable, record what is included, what is excluded, and the evidence needed for acceptance. Example: two page-layout concepts and one selected revision are included; ongoing content writing is excluded; the decision owner approves the selected concept before implementation.
