Venue Transit: The Glasshouse is best reached via the 7 Train (34th St - Hudson Yards). Valet parking is available but limited; we recommend booking via the SpotHero app in advance.

Registration Policies #
- Refunds: Cancellations submitted via the portal before October 1st will receive a 90% refund. No refunds are possible after this date due to catering and venue commitments.
- Substitutions: You may transfer your pass to a colleague until November 10th. Please contact the logistics team directly with the new attendee's details.
- Catering Cutoff: Dietary Requirements submitted after November 1st will be noted, but our kitchen partners may only be able to provide standard vegetarian alternatives.
