Effective August 4, 2026
These terms govern access to Docmino's website, applications, document publishing, interactive responses, AI features, and paid plans.
By creating an account or using Docmino, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Docmino for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Docmino's failure to use reasonable care.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Docmino Inc. a limited license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and follow your sharing choices. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for your content.
If you collect responses, signatures, files, payments, or personal information, you are responsible for your questions, disclosures, consent, access controls, retention, exports, and lawful use of that information. An electronic signature component does not by itself guarantee that a signature meets every legal requirement.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output provided to others. Review output before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for prompts, source material, and how output is used. AI allowances are counted per generation request and are displayed on the pricing page and in the product.
Prices, billing periods, included usage, and taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the checkout provider states otherwise. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's billing and refund rules. Company terms may be replaced or supplemented by a signed order form.
Docmino is an evolving service. Features may change, and we will provide reasonable notice before changes that materially reduce a paid plan. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or nonpayment. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular professional or regulated use. Docmino is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where such exclusions are lawful. Docmino's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Docmino in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without consent; Docmino may transfer it as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections available where you live are not limited by this section.
Legal notices and questions about these terms can be sent to legal@docmino.com, by phone at +1 (302) 520-2971, or through our contact page. Please do not include passwords or sensitive document contents in your message.
