This is a plain-language overview of Docmino's current data controls, subprocessors, and suitability for sensitive information.
Current product status
Docmino is an early-stage product operated by Docmino Inc. It is suitable for evaluating interactive documents and for ordinary business content when the available controls meet your needs. It is not currently offered as a HIPAA-compliant service, and no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification is claimed on this page.
Where data is processed
- Amazon Web Services hosts the application, API, database infrastructure, and uploaded resources.
- Google Gemini processes content submitted through AI features.
- Stripe and Apple or Google app stores process applicable subscriptions and payments.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive website usage and device information for product analytics.
Access and publishing controls
Documents are private until an owner publishes or shares them. Owners should review the selected sharing and access settings before distributing a link. Anyone exporting responses or files becomes responsible for securing those copies outside Docmino.
Export and deletion controls
- Export a document from its export menu as Markdown, HTML, or PDF.
- Delete individual documents and responses from their product controls.
- Permanently delete an account from the account editing screen.
- Contact us for an access or deletion request that cannot be completed in the product.
Before using sensitive data
Do not use Docmino for protected health information, payment card numbers inside document fields, government secrets, or other specially regulated data unless Docmino Inc. has signed a separate agreement confirming the required controls. Company customers can request a security review and discuss SSO, audit logs, retention, and contractual requirements before purchase.
Incident reports and security questions
Report a suspected vulnerability or data incident directly to security@docmino.com or through our contact page with a clear description and safe reproduction steps. Do not include live credentials, personal data, or destructive proof-of-concept activity. Docmino will investigate credible reports and notify affected customers when required by applicable law or a written agreement.
